The School of Artisan Food attends Clumber Park 2014!

The School of Artisan Food has announced that they will be attending the Festival of Food and Drink at Clumber Park in Nottinghamshire.  The School is a world-class, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to teaching skills in artisan food production. Located on the beautiful Welbeck Estate in North Nottinghamshire in the heart of Sherwood Forest, the School offers fully equipped, spacious training facilities, providing the ideal environment to learn, develop and master artisan skills.


A wide range of practical, hands-on courses cater for all skill levels from complete beginners through to award-winning professionals in bakery, butchery, curing and smoking, pie, cheese and ice-cream making, pickling and preserving.


Spend a couple of hours on a tasting session or learn a new artisan skill in a day. For those wishing to progress their skills there are intensive four day courses and an Advanced Diploma for those seeking an artisan career.


Come and see

Expert tutors from the School will be on hand to show you how to make your own butter, bake artisan bread and pizzas, rustle up some drop scones and show you simple techniques to make ice cream at home.  Drop by and ask questions about your own artisan cookery skills, find out about the School’s courses or get involved in the practical, hands-on demonstrations.   There will also be the opportunity to enter a free prize draw to win a day at the School and taste some of the fantastic artisan products made on the Welbeck Estate.
